Or do you do the Replenish for 10 days, then the Cleansing formula for 10 days, then the colon health formula for 10 days?

You do know that the colon cleanse, doesn’t do anything for your overall health. Stick to a colonoscopy when your doctor calls for it, and don’t use Colon Blow without a real need.
